From 1 January 2021 until 30 April 2021 it is possible to change the ticket, within the departure time, at no fees (for free), directly at Travel Agencies or at Caremar ticket offices, located at the different embarkment ports.

The new ticket will keep the same price originally paid. However, in case of fare changes, if the price due is higher than the one already paid, payment of the difference will be required.
For making this service in the Travel Agencies, they could request a fee as management of the operation.

If you decide no longer to use your ticket and cancel the trip, you can request a refund, pursuant to art. 9 of the General Conditions of Transportation.

You cannot request the refund of the ticket following the change of the date carried out after departure.
In case of non-use for reasons attributable to Caremar S.p.A., the ticket will be full refunded.
