Caremar informs its kind customers that, following the publication in the Official Gazette of Decree No. 18 of February 5, 2026, in order to ensure adequate assistance by the onboard staff to passengers who require special assistance, it is necessary that such passengers purchase the transport service and notify their presence with a notice of no less than 48 hours prior to using the service.
This prior communication allows the Company to arrange all the organizational and operational measures necessary to ensure boarding and transport under safe conditions and with adequate assistance. After this deadline, the transport service can only be guaranteed subject to the availability of onboard assistance.
