- this page of the site is dedicated to refund requests from customers/travelers
- it is possible to request a refund only for tickets that have not yet been checked in
- for tickets purchased from third-party agencies, you need to contact them for refund

Documents required
Before proceeding with the request it is necessary to have the following documents:
- Valid identity card in PDF format (unreadable or inconsistent documents will make the refund request inadmissible) (Maximum allowed size 2 MegaBytes.)
- Ticket to be refunded in PDF (unreadable or inconsistent tickets will make the refund request unprocessable) (Maximum allowed size 2 MegaBytes.)
